Davydenko, Robredo in Warsaw final

WARSAW, Poland (AP) -Top-seeded Nikolay Davydenko and second-seeded Tommy Robredo had straight-set victories Saturday to reach the final at the Warsaw Open.

Davydenko beat the unseeded Fabio Fognini 6-2, 6-3 while Robredo ousted Juan Monaco 6-4, 6-4.

Davydenko, who won here in 2006, jumped out to a 5-1 lead and only lost five points on his serve in the first set. He then broke Fognini to take a 3-2 lead in the second, and never faced a breakpoint in the set.

Robredo, the defending champion, faced 11 breakpoints against Monaco but saved all but one to reach his first ATP Tour final of the year.
